We came for pizza after submitting out first 14ner. Pizza was indeed really good, either we were just super hungry. Place is really cool with pictures on the wall of how Idaho Springs looked like before. Fascinating. A bit overpriced in my opinion but still good. We may come back to one in Fort Collins at some point.

I recently came with a large group of friends and I had an amazing time. The staff was extremely kind and friendly with frequent communication to ensure things were going well. The food was really good! Very different compared to Texas but so amazing! Especially the honey!! My only complaint is there were no prices on the menu at all so it was definitely a shock when we got the price. Other than that I had an amazing experience!

We decided to try a large mountain pizza and went with a specialty margherita pizza. We subbed mozzarella for the provolone cheese. Overall it was a good pizza but the large crust was a little lacking in flavor. Now I know the reason for the honey for dipping. We went with the specialty pizza because creating your own pizza gets very expensive when you add toppings. Originally we looked at getting a green pepper and onion pizza but the toppings were $5.50 each. That is ridiculous. Service was great and the pizza was good but I've had much better for a lower price.

Busy place with a nice mining centered atmosphere. It took us around 10 minutes to get a waiter due to how busy they were, but after we ordered our food came pretty fast. Food was alright. The Hipster was good; however, their Little Italy had no flavor in my opinion (although we did substitute the olive oil sauce for marinara). They offer a large menu with extensive customization options for pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. Their pizzas come with a Mountain style with high rolled crust and a Praire style with lower crust. The Mountain is good because you can add honey to the crust for a nice dessert-like treat after the main pizza. However, I'd recommend praire style because its simply too much crust and starts to get dry after awhile.

Place gets packed even with it being so huge, we had about a 30 min wait to get seated. Staff was outstanding all around. We had an issue with our mac and cheese pizza and Cineva took care of quickly. Got a Mountain, Prairie and the Mac n cheese. All were fantastic! Make sure to smother that crust with some honey. Would highly recommend to check them out.
